I wanted a burger. They sell burgers. End of story.
I went to this Wendy?s a few minutes before closing and it was 9:55. There was a lady in a truck in front of me taking so long... to finish ordering here at the drive thru. Then after she held up the whole time, the Wendy?s worker said they?re not takingorders. So even though I got there a few minutes before closing, they still didn?t wanna take my order even though I waitedpatiently and was the last customer here. Then I tried keeping my window down to tell them I just wanted 2 cookies that?s all.They locked the drive thru window and turned off all the lights so that I can?t have a chance to order anything. This is theworst customer service ever and they didn?t wanna just serve the last person which was me that waited patiently. Who ever isreading this, I recommend never eat there or order there a few minutes before they close. Such a waste of time! Read more
