Rainy cold day, a hot coffee sounded great, too bad I wasted my money, the rain out side was hotter then the dam coffee.

I?m not 1,000 percent sure that I ordered the right drink. I was at the time, I insisted the young lady make me the drink that I... had ordered for free! ????I went Karen on her. I stormed out & returned and insisted they make me my drink that I had orderedfor free! I stood there standing yelling into my phone searching for the owner of the Starbucks. The lady made the drink, I amafraid to drink it, and said she would pay for it! How much is she making, minimum wage? I paid the difference and left thearea. I've been here once and I straight up did not have a good time. I ordered a latte with soymilk (non-dairy), because I am very... allergic to dairy (I made sure to mention this to the girl at the counter). I waited for five minutes, the latte came out, Ileft with the latte. I was already in my car when I realized something was wrong (I only had a small sip because it's alwaysgood to err on the side of caution :) so I went back in the store. I went up to the serve station and asked the barista for anew latte and a water to ease off the reaction. 5 minutes went by, I still did not have water, and at this point my eyes werewatering, I had a phat stomachache, and I couldn't stop coughing. The person next to me clearly thought I had coronavirus. I am a very regular customer of this Starbucks branch inside Vons. Today I walked in to get my regular dark-roast venti coffee.... My caterer, a guy named "Vlamic" or "Vilamitch" runs out of dark roast about half to two-thirds way up to the cup. So what hedoes is quickly grab another container from the brewery counter and fills the rest of my cup up with "HOT WATER", right in frontof my eyes. After doing that he cleans of the front counter and puts away the empty container, and the one filled with HOT WATERinto the sink. I was talking with my relative and I walk out with the diluted cup of coffee. I decided to come back in and tellthe caterer what had happened. And he pretends to me that it was an accident that he filled the rest of the cup with HOT WATERand says to me that he would never do that on purpose. Which I really doubt given the rate at which he had tried to clear up thetwo containers. Anyways, this being said, I don?t mind waiting for a fresh brew, or even taking Pike or whichever one isavailable, but I am really DISAPPOINTED that this guy was willing to give up his integrity for over such a trivialthing. Please keep your eye on this male waiter while being served, so that he doesn?t try to pull off another one of hisbrilliant ideas under your eyes, and you leave having just half of what your paid for. Being inside the Vons store, it is super convenient and the service is always great. We pick up their used coffee grounds... (free) and use them to ward off the dang snails from our vegetable garden! Read more
Today August 10th 11:50 am a new lady was very polite,, BUT the lady with name Sam was very not polite , every time she is angry... with the customers. Always lecturing the workers. The manager should talk with her about this. Read more
