Our food was hot & fresh and the service friendly and efficient.
This location has gone down hill. Food isn't as fresh, sometimes over cooked and the worst part was the night I'm about to write... about, the food tasted like a weird sour taste. The workers seems very disorganized, and looks like there is a lack ofcommunication. The manager Anna was very rude to me. Previously I had ordered a 3 item combo and they gave me the wrong boxwith shrimp and I don't eat fish. I'm actually allergic !! I called and Kevin the manager was very nice, he said I could comeback in at a later time at my convenience and pick up the right order on the house. Unfortunately I had to be gone due to themilitary for a bit. When I came back, I had the receipt in hand and managers name written on it. Anna did not honor it. She saidthat Kevin wasn't there any longer. It was pretty embarrassing and honestly not fair to do that to me. Especially when I had thereceipt and knew his name and everything. She was very rude. I wouldn?t even give it a star. First of all I?m not from Camarillo and I am driving around in circles (at night) looking for... the place I keep driving around looking for the big red sign then realizing I can?t find it because neither the front or backsigns of the store are not lit. I ordered an online order my food was on a shelf they had behind the register so my food wascold.( there was literally no customers in the store why couldn?t they leave it on the hot counter to stay warm??) I used towork at panda and I was taught never to just serve the last of the choppy pieces of chow Mein we would mix it wit the newly madechow mein. What I was given tonight was prob the last of chow mein in the bowl it was little tiny chopped up pieces and mainlybig pieces of cabbage not only that my chow mein tasted burnt. came to pick up my online order , i literally waited for someone to help me out for almost 10 minutes . Employees would... literrally see me standing and wouldnt bother to ask me if i needed help.Ive never had this happen before but now theres BADCUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Read more

This location of Panda Express was OK. Their other Camarillo location is better. There are certain entrees which they run out... fast, and I don't mind waiting a bit, but this store took a long time, about 20 mins, to prepare it. Read more
It's good but if you get the honey shrimp they only give you 5 pieces for the extra $1.50 not worth it in my opinion ????????
I don't recommend this place. Ridiculous portions, I paid $9.25+ tax for this little bowl of beyond orange chicken , the kids... plate has more portions of meat than this and for less money, and the worst thing is that I went back to the store to asked Ifthat was the right portions and the lady said yes.
