Most horrible experience ever to order. Things used to be easy before comunist robots took over our planet.
Just went there for three entrees while traveling with spouse and staying local, when got the order back to room no napkins.... when tried to call to share that feedback, no answer. When tried to use app to leave a complaint, it was circular, in that assoon as i picked the restaurant that i wanted to comment on, it went to that restaurants site (this one) for placing orders,getting info on where it was, menu, etc., but no place to leave comments... Really quick service, but the cleanliness could be improved. Still alot better than my local Mcdonald's.
It's MCD, you know what it is. I only go for breakfast. This location is pretty fast and only messes up orders sometimes... For... some reason they get the line mixed up and ask me if I had a different order. It's really confusing since there are only about4-5 cars at 7AM, and only one line open, how do they get the orders mixed up??? Did the last car pay for my order? Did they takea different order??? No big deal just weird. Usually some nice young ladies working at the drive-thru, good for the eyes.Sometimes tea isn't sweet enough, but that hasn't happened in awhile. Read more
Has anyone ever been to this Mcdonalds and received hot, fully cooked fries? Im so tired of their soft, 3 hour old fries that... I'm considering going to jack in the box. The night shift straight out lies and says that they don't have any of the items youordered left or says their credit card system is down so you?re forced to use cash that they pocket. This mcds has also nevergotten my order correct. No onions on a cheeseburger isn't that far out of request that they get it wrong every single time. ButI guess I'm asking too much with my hot fries and onionless burgers and whole slice of American cheese. Read more
Great location and friendly staff. It?s the closest mcdonalds from the camarillo exit and nicely remodeled inside. Clean... restroom and up to date touch screen ordering system adds to convenience. Restroom was nice and clean. Location is literally offthe on ramp of 101fwy and the staff was nice. Seating area was clean and not busy at all at my time of visit. Read more
We LOVE spending time with our two Grandchildren, and they asked to eat at McDonald's- so off we went! This McDonald's looked... very clean and in compliance with Covid. Employees were making my grandson laugh and even gave him two Happy Meal toys ???? Read more
A good place to find fast service and the consistent food that you would expect from McDonalds. As an added bonus getting off... the freeway to get to it and getting back on the freeway after you've gotten a bite to eat is super easy from the location. Read more
