Sign on door says dinning room hours till 8pm. Got food at 5pm. Told me not allowed to eat in the dinning room. I took meal to... go, no fork, no butter, no honey , no napkin., I could stuff a whole thigh in my mouth, was so small. Kentucky fried pidgins,maybe should call it. Read more

As long as you don?t order online or go order through the lobby you should get your order in some what of a timely manner, the... only thing this location cares about is their drive through times and those aren?t even accurate because they love to parkpeople and make you wait just so their times look like they are quicker than they really are, wonder if the owner is even awareof this. I go into the lobby to pick up an order and you will be told be right with you about three times before someone helpsyou. You are their bottom priority if your in the lobby. Went in there today April 19 2021 at about 5pm and manager walked rightin front of me as I was trying to ask a question and said she would be with me in a second but went to the back to make chickenpot pie?s. RECENTLY REMODELED. The inside and exterior were updated to give a newer look. They seemed to have stepped it up in the kitchen... as-well my food came out very hot and fresh unlike before. Seems like new management has everything under control now. Read more
Service here is pretty good. I've never had a problem with my order, it's always accurate. 90% of the time I go through the... drive-thru the only time I have to really wait is for the other customer trying to make up their mind. I very much appreciatethe $5 fill-ups, I'm totally impressed with the quality freshness and the amount of product. For $5 you get three tenders,mashed potatoes and gravy, delicious biscuit, cookie and a soda! Another one of my favorites is the chicken pot pie totallyamazing and even better than Marie Callender's!
