Late night Manager/Shift Supervisor greeted us with a smile when we walked in. Her interaction with co-workers conveyed she was... well-respected within the team. Great place to poop. I just went pee, but the bathroom was impressively clean, and off from the workers. I'm sure the food and... service is good, but man, this is the place to pull over and empty your insides. Read more
Finally able to experience their food. Tried the Garlic Butter Jack with curly fries and mini tacos. It all was so good! Food... came to me fast and it was fresh too. The server had a very pleasant attitude and you can get a sense of care in there too. Thiswas something I've been wanting to try for so long and I'm happy it was not disappointing! Walk in counter service seems alot friendlier. They have to weed (no pun) out the degradingly heartless gals they have doing... drive thru. Simply rude, treat you like you are worse garbage than this depressing Jack location. She didn't even announce alive body behind the speaker or invest a small second to be friendly. Blonde braids (dread coif), fair warning. Sometimes youjust need to stop and get something and there's not many of this brand fast food around. I don't even think she said even oneword either, once we got up to the window, it was very strange. You think, should I say something at all or not? Illegiblereceipt (refresh please?) ink, paper crumpled up. She's been the taxated additional price we've had to pay for stopping there.But interior counter service may be better. Like I said. We went their early morning. We ordered. And they gave us the wrong order. And our curly fries was way over... cooked. And the staff was .upset that we wanted fresh fries. ???? Read more
Place is good, but not a variety of veg options though. The desserts are awesome. And my fav is egg rolls. Everyone should try... it once. Read more
Dining area is okay. The area near the counter has horrible ergonomics. People get in the way of each other due to the layout.... Drink machine and utensil area is often blocked by customers in line or waiting for their order. Food is fine... like any otherJack-in-the-Box. Read more
I ordered the breakfast platter. I threw it away. None of the food tasted as it should. Maybe everything was cooked on a grill... that was used to cook burgers and it wasn?t cleaned. I don?t know. The syrup didn?t even mask the taste. Read more
