Put in an order online and they contact me 20 minutes later saying the order is going to be delayed an hour and a half to 2... hours. I got bumped caused they prioritized a 40 pizza order that they're saying came in before mine. If that's the case, whynotify me 20 minutes after I just placed my order. Had to cancel the order. Totally ruined my lunch plans for my family. Read more

This place deserves minus stars. Never leave bad reviews. Everybody has a bad day. The driver was the best part of the pizza.... The pizza was cold no sauce very little cheese and flat like paper. Called to tell Supervisor. She was rude totallyunprofessional and needs a lot of help. Told me to drive and bring the pizza to her. Also said that a lot of people try and ripthem off. She sure had a lot of excuses on why it was so bad. But not one solution!!! Had a whole house full of people. Everyoneshocked and disgusted. She would not give me her name. The rude girl at front told me they closed takeout half an hour earlier then they actually do and refused to serve me. I ended... up going to little ceasers and realized it?s much better quality and service. Read more

I mean wow!!! Just wow!!!. I ordered the large pizza with two toppings with a two liter coke for delivery. It cost $25. I... couldn't pick it up and the delivery was that much? Also, they forgot the cheese on the topping too. In the forty plus years ofordering pizza, how could they forget the cheese? Ordered two medium pizzas and two orders of wings from Camarillo store. They delivered the wings without any dipping cups. All... stores I've ordered from before include a dipping cup with each order. Additional cost more, I know. I called store and theystated they don't include them at their franchise (even though others do). I told them the wings were no good without somethingto dip them in, they did not care. I asked to return for refund, they said NO. The manager offered no solution, so I won't orderfrom them again. I guess I need to be happy their franchise still included boxes for the pizzas ordered. Had messed up a order online and noticed as soon as i placed it I called the store to ask them if they could change one of the... pizza so it would be right. I called no more then two min after placing the order and the proceeded two tell me that theycouldn?t change it because it was already done. Witch was a blatant lie there is no way you can cook and make a pizza that fastand still take 40 min to deliver it when your down the street from me as well as being rude and have a attitude towards me onthe phone ended up just canceling the order over the phone witch apparently was not problem at all and ordered a new one.Customer service is definitely something that needs to be worked on at this store. I?ve personally worked in food for over 3years so I understand how it feels but the way this was handled shouldn?t be acceptable. Hope someone from corporate sees thisand works on the customer service there. Read more
