Ordered 2 burgers and 2 onion rings by phone. Upon arrival no line at counter and only 2 tables. When called to pick up order... they read back the order correctly. Didn?t look in the bag to verify. My bad. Drove home. Missing one burger. Called to requestnew burger. No answer after 3 attempts. Drove back. Still no line at counter and had to yell for someone to come from the back.Explained to counter attendant I was missing a burger. She want in back to tell the manager. The manager spoke to cook andattendant told me they would make my burger right now. No interaction with manager or apology or offer of discount compensationfor their mistake. Counter attendant apologized. Horrible customer service. I frequent this establishment often. All new people.Sign of the times. One star service. Read more

I was disappointed in the food. My fries were laid out as if they were counted and placed flat on the tray. I also ordered... avocado, which is extra and they forget to put it on my burger. Then wanted to do a burger fact check... And the worst part is Itook a friend for the first time. I know prices have gone up everywhere but don't be skimpy. Read more

I normally don?t get fries and onion rings but I tried them here and they were delicious. I also tried their tri-tip sandwich... and although small it was flavorful. The prices were really good too. Read more
I found this place Google surfing while planning a day in this area and I wish I found it sooner, the Tri-tip burrito was yummy... the meat was tender and I'd order it again. I've also had two of the burgers but want to try more. I plan on returning wheneverI am in the area. Read more
