This is getting ridiculous. I go to another McDonald's, I have to continue to ask for butter now for every Maple Oatmeal I see... now, at any McDonald's because I do not like dry oatmeal, Who do. This Location I asked for it, good thing I did because it wasnothing with my Oatmeal and I mean Nothing, Not even a Spoon to eat it with. No butter, No apples, No Cranberries and theoatmeal looked dry. I wouldn't had butter if I didn't ask for that. So make sure you ask for everything you need, when you'regetting your food, even Napkins. Because Slow workers don't understand you need a spoon to eat with. ?????????????????????? Read more
This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and received the incorrect order. The first time I called and spoke with manager... on duty who said she would write my name and order number down and I could come in to get correct order on another day. When Iarrived a different manager on duty refused to recognize what the previous manager stated. Tonight I received the wrong orderagain. This time I returned to the restaurant with food in hand. The same rude manager from before refused to even talk to meand made me sit through drive-thru again because although they messed up the order. I will never return. Read more
First they got my order wrong and then the food was still cold. Then tried to call and of course no answer. So I had to drive... back up there and wait in a long line and told them half of my order was wrong and then some was cold. And they forgot to add mytea. So when I got to window, the employee or whomever he was told me I have to drive back around or come inside to pay for it.I told him forget it. So when the food was replaced they got it wrong again and I had to wait again for it to be replaced. Rudeand incompetent employees, yet they want raises to work, but can do a simple job as getting an order correct. Very slow. Wasn't understaffed... Staff seem to be confused. Male manager took food outside yesterday came back in didn't wash... his hands but instead fixed somebody food and put it in the bag. Young guy dumped nasty stuff off the rack that catch the icecream into garbage. The rack was nasty. He didnt wash it after he emptied it. Garbage can sitting right next to ice creammachine overflowing. Read more
Notice this was supposed to be a Q/P no cheese. After enduring the slow service. So don't know if someone pulled the wrong ????... or didn't give two hoots. Returned back after driving 2 miles and had go back through the same slow line and then wait for myrefund. Lost my appetite after that service. Read more
My experience was very relaxing earlier today. Food was prepared quickly, coffee was hot, cashier was friendly. The customer... service was awesome, and the atmosphere was inviting. I enjoyed the contemporary vibes of the lobby and it was very clean inthere as well. Two thumbs up!! Read more
I'm loving it! Every bit. I'll start by saying the customer service is exemplary and indicative of what McDonald's customer... service should be. This is a very clean facility with new place your own order screens just in case there is a crowd. If you arein the area this will be your best selection for Mickey D's.
