Placed an order on uber eats about 45 minutes later I said it was canceled by restaurant. Called restaurant they said order was... incomplete. Placed my order again on uber eats they claimed it didn't come through. Contacted uber eats they said it had to besomething on White castles end. The manager told me if the driver showed the order she would still make it. That manager leftbefore driver got there and the next one was rude and said she wasn't making anything. Ok cool. Placed my order on Doordarshanjust to be called by the Dasher and was told the restaurant didn't get my order all it said was $0 as if I didn't have enoughmoney to pay. The customer service is pretty good! They work hard and have patience with their customers. They close the dining room after a... certain time at night and don't open it till morning so if you're a trucker they don't have a problem allowing you to walkthrough the drive-thru since tractors are too tall for the lane.
