Rude & r***t Pakistanis.... I ordered and paid for a sandwich with the Subway app and had my wife pickup my order and she was told that she had to have my... id and credit card to pickup the order and wasn't given the order. When I called to get a refund the Manager didn't have clueof how to process the refund and I think that is terrible customer service. I don't plan on order here again. Thought that I was going to a good Subway, but it wasn't. I ordered 2 subs for my son and I and when we got home the bread was... hard and crumbly. I called back up there to subway and explain the problem they told me to bring it back and they would gladlymake the subs over or refund my money. Well, when I got back up to subway I was not offered nothing and I drove very far to getthere. I will never go to that subway ever again and I let my family and friends know that they are not right. I neverexperience nothing like this ever with any restaurant, normally a restaurant will do there best to keep you as their customer. This is not a good subway to go to!! Read more
