Waited in the drive through 10-15 minutes just to order, when I got to the window my food wasn't ready and was told to go to the... parking lot that my food would be out shortly. I waited 20 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches and turns out they screwed theorder, I asked for no mayo in my sandwiches that's all and they couldn't manage to get that right. The Cal City location is good. They have their not-so-great moments but, for the most part, I enjoy the food. The service is... pretty good. They are usually very busy but keep the line moving. Delivery is pretty quick as well. My most recent deliverystill gets 5 stars, even though one of my sides was wrong, because the chicken was fresh & delicious & they delivered superfast! Read more
Just ordered chicken. It was a 10 piece mixed with spicy and mild. The spicy and mild are usually separated but it wasn't this... time. But the worse part was the person taking the order. She was so rude and appeared to lack any customer service training atall. I will not go back to this location. Read more
Went to this location and I ordered 2 10pc meals that they had listed on their sign outside for $24.99. Got to the window and... they wanted to charge me $27.99. I told the lady at the window what the price was and she said I had to speak to the manager.The manager came to the window and said the price is $27.99. Someone got a ladder and changed the price from $27.99 to $24.99. Iguess a customer really wanted to save $3 on some chicken because they risked their lives to change Popeyes sign out front. The way the bag was packed the red beans fell in the cup with the coleslaw and on the top of the chicken box. They just threw... the food in the bag.
