We have been eating at Local since they opened. And the food is good. However, in the near countless times we have eaten there,... I have never once had my food received as ordered. Ramen ordered with no mushrooms, definitely mushrooms more than the broth. Weordered a pizza half with a topping, half cheese, and no topping. On multiple occasions the sauces for the apps have beenmissing. But tonight did me in. I ordered the Local Ramen with brisket, because I wanted Ramen. And when I put my fork in thebowl was highly disappointed to find pasta. Now. Maybe to some this isn't a big deal, but they are a different taste andtexture.... also. No soy ginger sauce with my pot stickers. We will continue to enjoy the food here but will be checking ourmeal before we leave to take it home. Well well. We really enjoyed our experience here today. The GF crust was great, the pizza was saucy and legit - sauce was great... and not salty. Everything was quick and the atmosphere was low key & clean. The Staff wasn?t freaky or scary which weappreciated. Very glad we stopped in & We will definitely be back. Ordered a large half cheese and half pepperoni and an order of mozzarella sticks. The pizza was definitely new York style. Nice... big foldable slices. The mozzarella sticks were interesting. Not what I'm used to. The place smelled amazing. Would definitelyorder there again. Read more
My son, daughter and I wanted pizza. A worker from Villa Roma told us about Local Pizza. We didn't know what to expect. So we... ordered a pie and ate every slice. I would recommend Local Pizza to any one who loves pizza and is in Calicoon NY. Read more
