Everytime we have ordered curbside our food has arrived at least 10min after projected time frame they give at checkout. This... morning was the worst. Food came out 15min after they said it was delivered because they were filling new drive theu ordersbefore our order. When we got our order we didn't have the right number of drinks. When we got the drinks several minutes laterthe sizes were wrong, we paid for 32oz but got 16oz. At this point we were so late already we took it and left. Checked the bagand there were no forks for the biscuit and gravy. This was our 3rd visit to this location, and our last. The mornings that westop aren't even that busy but they have poor communication going on inside. They never seem to know which orders have alreadybeen delivered curbside. I don?t get bamboozled by the second drive-through lane! They are no Chick-fil-A. Definitely stay in the longer line and go up... to the window or you will regret it they?ll do Apple Pay so they?ll take your phone inside the store or they?ll take your cashwalk in and get change come back and bring your change with them and your food just stay in the long line. Standard food nothingspecial. Very disappointed in the Oh super fake tasting banana pudding shake maybe if you mix it with some banana puddingmoonshine it be all right on the stone not real good will go back. I brought a coupon to this location. I ordered the wrong sandwich by mistake (the coupon was unclear) when I got to the window I... was informed of my mistake. I understood and asked to change the sandwich to the correct sandwich. I was told that the managersaid I could not change the sandwich, that I would have to come back to redeem the coupon. I wasn?t being unreasonable. All theyhad to do is void my order and ring it up again. I chose to leave and spend my $40 at Slim Chickens and they still had to voidmy order. I live within walking distance and was excited for this opening. This situation has left a bad taste in my mouth butmaybe it?s what I needed to keep me from eating out so much. ??????????? My first time going alone went great, however - I took my husband since it?s his favorite and they completely messed up his... meal. He was so excited because he even had a reward that he had used. He had to repeat his order 4 or 5 times for the personringing it up and it was still made incorrectly. Not sure how you mess up ?ketchup and tomato? only. Wouldn?t usually have caredhad he not repeated it over and over. I?m sure overall staff and everything is great, it?s just a disappointing experience fora new location. May have to continue our 30 minutes commute for better service. Hopefully there?s improvement over time! Read more

Different burger experience. Customer service is nicer than most. Food was fresh, fries was pippin hot. And the over all... experience was wonderful. I'll definitely be back for breakfast?? Read more
