Picking up a family meal thru the drive thru usually works out pretty well. Breasts are normally pretty good but the sides... aren't anything special. Really don't like the biscuits, just taste too buttery but dry at the same time. Read more
Came in with more than three hours until closing. Ordered a spicy tender meal but was told there wasn?t anymore spicy. Also... ordered a 5 piece meal but was told they were out of chicken breast. When I asked if they could make some they replied, it?salmost time to close. Again, it was more than three hours to closing. Read more
Popeyes is always delicious. That being said, I must have stood there, unacknowledged for five minutes before being waited on.... The chair I sat on had a missing foot. The men's restroom was not working...they allowed me to use the 'single seater' ladiesrestroom. This restaurant is less than a year old. You could hear staff yelling at staff almost continuously. This location is awesome!!! Britney and the stuff were outstanding!!! Went here after a 24 hour drive home from... Connecticut....we didn't feel like cooking...of course!!! The service was amazing and fast!! They were getting ready to close.....but still took the time to make sure everything was fresh hot and delicious!!! Thanks again to Britney and the entirestaff!!! Consistently slow service. Lobby always closed and it takes an hour to get through the drive through. Not sure what the issue... is, but they need to get their act together. Wouldn't go there at all if there was another place to get a decent chickensandwich on Sunday. Read more
Poorly run. 6-7 employees just standing around. They used a large table in the dining room as their own 'break area.' Waited... 35 minutes for our order. Upon leaving, there were 3 additional employees loitering outside arguing. Read more
We ordered a 30 piece family meal , paid and then got told to move to a parking spot. Now that lady was nice at the drivethru... but with 7 kids in the car and others at home waiting for dinner, we were FURIOUS after getting our food and waiting 1 WHOLEHOUR when it shouldn't take that long at all. When I called while waiting patiently , the worker who answered the phone was veryvery polite , but the manager on the hand , I was able to hear cussing on my end on the phone. Not impressed by today's service.Highly disappointed and upset. Step it up Popeyes because there is NO EXCUSE for that . Read more
They used to be good. Now the lobby is always locked with no signs. Drive through takes a really long time. The app let's you... order food they don't have in stock. 11/17/22 Update: Getting better. Read more
