Juniors is always our go to. Hot, fast and fresh food delivered with a smile!! Our orders always come as they should. You order... at the register and pay and tip BEFORE your service which I don't like, but they always come by your table and ask you if youneed anything so it's worth it. Surprisingly good. Really liked the Conch fritters. Portions are generous, too. I had the deviled crab, and it came with three... crabs generously mounded up. Tasty! Prices struck me as a bit high, but then, that could just be the economy right now. Read more

The food was very good. Try the mahi tacos ???? The service was friendly and awesome. Super nice people running a restaurant... the old fashioned way. Freshly brewed tea, condiments at will, reasonably priced. A real gem for weary travelers. We areassuming the locals know how lucky they are to have this spot. Special Dinner Fried shrimp was excellent. Very friendly Customer Service

Nice dining room and very friendly staff. Didn't realize we had, to stand, in line to order. My husband ordered fried oysters.... They were small, but good and the deviled crab, were store bought. I had the grilled crab cakes, which were more like a fishcake. It tasted and looked nothing like crab. The sides were ok. The beer prices were good. Read more

We got the fried seafood platter for two. The fried okra was perfection. The hush puppies, scallops, oysters, shrimp, and clam... strips were good. The fish was okay and you only get one piece each with the platter. I didn't like the deviled crab at all. Thegreen beans pictured here were fine but nothing to write home about. I ended up in Callahan (outside of Jax) for a work event. A coworker told me if i do one thing while there was to eat at... Junior's Seafood. I walked in the place had a busy lunch crowd, people were friendly like everyone knew each other. I asked whatwas good, and Mike the manager suggested I try the cheese grits and shrimp. I ordered it and OMG! It was the best I've everhad. Cheese grits with blackened shrimp, bacon, sausage, tomato and onions. BAM!!! The mixture of ingredients did a happy dancein my mouth it was so good.
