Burger King in Callahan, Florida my husband and I stopped in to get a meal, the first thing we saw was a sign on the door saying... they were short handed and please be Patient with them. We went to the counter only saw 2 people working, the man at the window(Charles) and a women cooking (Amanda). Charles said he would be right with us a very friendly gentleman, we order our meal andAmanda prepared for us, it was a very good meal. For only 2 people working they They were very professional at what they did itis a shame that they have no more help Burger King you need to give Callahan more help. Read more
2nd trip to Callahan BK and it was worse than the first. The loaded croissant sandwich was cold ham and cheese fresh out of the... fridge. The orange juice I recommend but nothing else. Eat across the street Read more
We ordered our food online. When we got to the store our order wasn't ready so we pulled up to the window paid and we had to... drive off to the side and wait for our meals, which was fine no big deal. Th cashier was so nice and so apologetic she even gaveus a free Med. Fry for the wait. Thank you for being so kind to us. You should give classes to other drive thru restaurants. Read more
I don't know. Maybe it's time, BK. I know y'all have been struggling for a while but perhaps it's time to pull the plug. Not... just the Callahan BK, but all BKs are all kind of warm and stuffy with at least one or two portable fans aimed at the staffblowing wrappers around. It seems like somebody just mopped or maybe they should. Give me an inviting place. Give me the news,brighter lights, music. This just feels rough. Read more
They were out of ice?! Cold mushy chicken fries and French fries tasted like they were reheated 2 or 3 times.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Every time I think to myself, maybe Burger King in Callahan has got their shittt together,... they collectively grab the worst employees NE FL have to offer and remind Callahan that Zaxbys is almost finished. Ordered theCh?king Deluxe Meal, half of my fries were onion rings, and the sandwich is literally just chicken. Nothing else on it, thefranchise owner needs to put the crack pipe down and get the rest of his employees into rehab with him. BK is a joke inCallahan. Read more
Waited at the speaker about 10 minutes before we could place our order, then pulled around to the window to wait about 20 some... minutes to receive the wrong drinks, burnt onion rings, and a bun that had mold on it. Easily the worst Burger King experienceof my whole life. Read more
I waited over 25 minutes for the BK version of a chocolate milkshake. A whopper may be my favorite fast food burger, this BK is... the pits. Read more
