Tried both the pork and beef ribs and I think I prefer the pork although both were tasty. Ribs could be a bit more tender IMO... closer to the bone. The try tip is the most tender. The sides were also very tasty. Potato salad is much better than thesupermarket bought as it's not sweeter. Bread was light but still crunchy. Read their sign "Hot Means HOT!" Definitely tasty barbecue! It is a bit pricey yeah over $20 for a sandwich, a drink and one side but a good destinations spot to... enjoy a meal and wander Calistoga?s Main Street. I look forward to stopping by and enjoying some jazz on a Sunday afternoon! Read more
