This Starbucks has improved so I started getting my coffees here again. Their lattes (hot or iced), Frappuccino drinks, and... cold brew are good. The employees at this location are great, helpful, and knowledgeable - if something is wrong with anything(food or drinks) they will fix it with a smile (even if you ordered your drink wrong). I have to admit that I stopped visitingthis location a few months ago because they were not making cold brew to recipe, which happened several times over a few weeks -it was too weak or bitter. But this problem has been fixed. This is the best Starbucks in Calimesa - just off the 10 freewayon Calimesa Blvd. They are open later than other local Starbucks in Calimesa, Beaumont, or Yucaipa, so if you need caffeine lateyou can stop here. Absolutely lazy staff around 7pm. First they were out of venti cups. Then I asked for my drink to be remade since I asked for... light ice, and they refused even tho there was NO ONE in line, I was the only one there. My cup was literally all ice. Read more

05/28/22. Google maps says they're open at 4:30, they're sign was on and read "welcome we are open". I arrived at 5:00 and... assumed they were open. Got into line but they were not taking orders. They could clearly see the line from inside. Yet theydidn't bother to inform us or put up a sign. After I drove through the drive thru I could see the works looking at and laughingabout the people waiting in line waisting they're time. Read more
Horrible service. The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude and handed me a drink that was only a little over half full.... When I asked why it was filled so low she got snotty and said well it is an iced drink and said I'll put more ice. So I paid $5for a mostly ice very watered down coffee. Never going back to this location again, it's the only Starbucks nearby so I'll haveto find another coffee spot now. Very disappointed. Read more
It was kind of okay the drive thru wasn't moving. The person on the headset taking orders sounded like was being distracted. We... got to the window to pay it took a long time to get our 3 drinks. With no apology or anything. Will not be going back. Read more
