I won't be going back & I live down the street from them. I guess it's unreasonable to ask for an Egg Mcmuffin with No Meat. I... asked them to please repeat My order so there'd be no misunderstanding & even with that, I received 2 sausage Mcmuffins. This isthe second & the last time they've gotten My order wrong. Worst customer service ever at any McDonalds. Its. 50/50 shot if anything will be working in this place. From hanicap doors... being blocked and locked during normal business hrs. Card machines not working with no notice until youve sat in a drive throughfor 10 mins and finally get to the pay menu and your told cash only. Good luck. Read more
Went today paid $2 extra for bacon got all the way home and sure enough no bacon. I never go to this location for this reason... because everytime I go the order is wrong. That's it no more. I urge all you to stop using this location so it can be turnedinto something else. Read more
The shorter white girl who likes to sing the McDonald's tune needs a raise. It was extremely busy this night and although there... was a mixup with my order she very promptly corrected it while under pressure and made everything right. She does great work. Read more
This McDonald's location is turning in to a sad disappointment. Their Mocha Frappe blender has been broken for almost 3 months.... My last 5 visits there have all been big let downs. I've gotton cold apple pies, expired pies, sausage that looks raw, burntfries, half empty fries, drinks with no ice. Please get it together, McDonald's. Maybe New Managment?? Read more
Not the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The fries were not so great though, and one of my ten Chicken McNuggets was inedible.... Staff was friendly enough. But when I say it wasn't the worst that doesn't mean much. I've been to THE WORST; it's in LosBanos, CA. See my other review. Went back a few days later. (Yeah. Don't judge.) They had a sign they were out of soda. I'veworked in a movie theater; when out of soda you go get a syrup box and plug it into the slot to meet up with the carbonatedwater. So what was it? Were they out of syrup boxes? Was there an issue with their carbonated water? I mean, COME ON! Did thelobby have soda but not the drive thru? PROBABLY! Also, I couldn't find my wallet when I went through the drive thru. Thishappened to me at Taco Bell once a few years ago and you know what they did? They gave me the taco and burrito I ordered anyway!Then I went back and tried to pay for it and they wouldn't let me. But here, not so much. Sometimes they get the food wrong fries are cold meat is sometimes still cold/not cooked all the way,but that is only sometimes.... Overall the food is how you would expect a cheap fast food place to taste. Read more
