We were here on vacation from California and stopped at this Dairy Queen a few times. The manager is a beautiful soul. She took... time out of her busy work day to talk with my kids about their trip. And one night we called to make sure we would make it ontime before closing and she told us to come on in, that she'd wait a few minutes. Never ate in DQ before. Nice place, staff was friendly.
We stopped in for ice cream and, for some reason, three orders of hot food t that were placed after we ordered came out first. ... Staff were kind and apologized for the wait, the restaurant was clean, and there's a little space for outdoor dining on thesidewalk. My ice cream was exactly what I'd been craving so as soon as the first bite hit I forgot all about the wait. Read more

Been coming here on and off since I was a student at Cal U many years ago. I only order the ice cream but I do not recall ever... having a poor experience. I think the service has gotten a little faster since they introduced the app. Ice cream is usuallygood and the establishment is a relatively easy walk if you are local to California or if you are somehow affiliated with Cal Uand happen to be on campus.
