Delicious ice cream always BUT very terrible service at Southcentre mall? I don?t know what was her name but she was very... rude?We always choose 3-4 fruits but this lady told us only one fruit we can choose?excuse me???? After 10 mins she said youhave to pay extra?.i know it?s extra money but i was told only one fruit I can pick?. Ordered a small for my kid and a medium for myself. The medium had the same amount as the small. Questioned the lady about it... and her reasoning didn't make any sense. Seeing all the other reviews, I can tell they are deliberately scaming people. It's ashame, always loved YF. Read more
Loved their frozen yogurt.. Very well blended yogurts..lot of yummy options in menu.
We got three large yogurts here and two of them were filled up properly, but the chocolate chip and mint one was not, the... portion was for a small but we payed for a large. I went back and asked the asian lady working here who was very rude andstarted fighting and raising her voice at me. I walked away, don?t come here and waste your money, it isn?t worth it. Read more
Super good they blend the frozen yogurt so good. The owner are very professional. They give alot of toppings and yogurt. Much... better than the chinook yogen fruz which taste pretty much diluted ice. Definitely should get a cup of frozen yogurt when yourin the south centre mall. Read more
