This place is a true hidden gem. Literally discovered this place by using Google Maps to search for pizza in my area. I'm always... up for trying new food, so I ordered up a CB Jam for pickup, and it was phenomenal. Great crisp crust, an abundance of toppings,a nicely browned cheezy top. It's tucked away in a cozy little part of the Capitol Hill/Banff Trail area, but more people needto try this place out. Great staff, great food, great prices. This is a little gem of a place as you can tell that the staff really have a passion for pizza, and want to be helpful,... friendly, and offer good customer service. There is a cute bio on their website. It is an independent, family-run business inthe Banff Trail community so not particularly a place people pass, but is totally worth finding. It is only open Wednesday toSaturday so no Sunday, Monday or Tuesday pizza ????. They now offer delivery with DoorDash. Prices are higher than chain pizzaplaces, but this is an independent business where I believe it's worth supporting them for the quality of their pizza. We have been looking for a local pizza place for few years. We tried Wheat Pizza by Jay and we have found it. Crust was crispy... and not greasy. Lots of toppings and they were quality toppings to boot. Sauce is very flavorful. The cheese cooked toperfection slightly browned and lots of it. The way I like it. We have found our pizza place i think we are lifers. Tha ks Jayfor giving a quality product with great customer service. We are hooked!! Read more

Incredible pizza. Best I ever had. They were very busy but WELL worth the wait.

Amazing local shop that is a little off the beaten path. I went in when walking in the area and it took about 25min for them to... make it to perfection. One of the best pizza places that rivals up scale restaurants. They even hand wrote on the box my nameand the pizza type in elegant handwriting. All the personal touches plus great customer service, and shop atmosphere, make thisa must try. Read more
