I order skip from here to my work regularly, and every time without fail, NO NAPKINS. no matter what I order, how much I spend,... THEY DONT SUPPLY NAPKINS. I got a salad one evening and all 3 salad dressing packets were covered in dressing (one must haveopened in the box it came from) oh well, not a big deal, IF I HAD SOME NAPKINS!!! Read more
Was there to get some food today and was greeted by a manager who was playing on his cell phone. After I ordered food and also... my free coffee and only paid less then $ 10,00, I was asked "This is all?". Again as I encountered before at another of theirrestaurants, no greeting, "Good Bye" or "Thank you". And I was the only customer in there. I never have encounter thisunprofessional and uncurtious treatment at any A & W restaurant I visited before. This Wendys location is a hot mess. The wait times are insane. I?ve tried both take away and drive through. At lunch time, dine... in has taken me on average of about 15 min. Drive through is definitely prioritized, but still takes much longer than any otherfast food place. I just found out they have an app to order ahead. Today I get compelled to finally leave a review because Iset my pick up time to ASAP, and was at the restaurant about 12-15 min after that. I still had to wait an additional 10 min formy salad and drink. The staff is nice and I can see they?re trying hard and working hard- but something isn?t working at thislocation and it shows. Got strange red substance on one of the breakfast sandwiches. Order was taken wrong at drive thru, ordered 4 items got 2. Had to... place another order later at window, then was not given my receipt to verify it was correct. Read more
We alway come to this store because they have a drive thru and it?s usually fast. I find the burgers is always on point and... fresher then the store on signal hills. Definitely recommend a try but don?t go inside as I find its really old and outdated. Read more

Wendys offers a unique change from my standard go to fast food chains: McDonald?s, ANW, Tim Hortons. They have a best in class... value menu but the overall dining experience is slightly less than Maccies across the street. The staff here are quick at thedrive through and even faster for the dine in experience. Another Ring was granted in this review for the unique menus itemsthat rotate through such as the Kobe beef burger that they had offered earlier in the year. Grilled options are not the besthere but the crispy chicken more than makes up for this. Washrooms we?re cleaner than the dining experience itself. I order a medium double double coffee and it was cold like it?s not even winter. A girl at the window offered me to park so they... can give me a new one. A couple seconds after they gave me a coffee and it was black coffee and I believe they didn?t finishbrewing my coffee because it was very bitter, I have never tasted a black coffee this bitter.
