Waited 10 minutes to have my order taken, 18 minutes for my food and they got my order wrong. Meanwhile, there's two people... standing by the back sink talking. They only focus on the drive thru. 28 minutes for the wrong meal. Good thing I wasn't on alunch break or anything. I went to this location yesterday ordered chicken strips and an order of nuggets at the drive through. I was told it would take... about 5 minutes for them and to pull around back by the dumpsters, 20 minutes later nothing. Would not recommend they had 2people pass through the drive through in that time. Read more

This location needs to learn from literally every other drive thru in the city. When you have 1 person with a large order or... item holding up the line, ask them to wait in a designated spot and keep the rest of the line waiting. Not the first time thishas happened and the staff don't even acknowledge that you've been waiting for 10 minutes. Read more
