I just went through the drive through Nov 6. 5:55pm and the lady with the hijab got my order wrong. I repeated my order twice... and she still managed to get it wrong NOR did she give us medium combos . She definitely needs better training done !!!!! Read more
While the food is pretty standard for a Wendy's the service at the drive thru is frustratingly slow and unpredictable. October... 2022 update...drive thru has improved significantly, indoor service has been good also. I may be going at off hours but indoorsrather quiet really. Read more
I just went to this Wendys and I ordered 2 large chilli, I got to the window and the lady at the window didn?t say anything, she... just showed the machine and closed the window after I tapped my card. She gave me my bag and I asked for extra crackers/hotsauce to which she said ?we?re out of crackers, but we can give you a bun instead?, I agreed and asked for 3 as I?m sharing thechilli. This lady comes back and gives me 1 and closes the window. I stayed at the window and another lady came and asked what Iwas waiting for, I told her hot sauce and 2 more buns, she said ok and left. The first lady gave me a small bag with hot sauceand PEPPER. I then waited at the window, the Second Lady came to the window and I told her I?m still waiting for my 2 buns, shewent to the back and got them and gave them. I had a simple order; the service especially from the first lady was trash, servicefrom the second lady was better. This is my go-to Wendy's, and usually it's good, but today, they undercooked my burger, got the order wrong, and when I pointed... out their menu sign wasn't lit up (it's after dusk) they made it seem like it was a problem they couldn't solve. Disappointing. Read more

Today I got charged twice on my debit card. Not thinking and in a hurry the young man said my tap didn't work. So I tapped... again. Looking at my statement. Charged twice. Receipt is on the garbage at work. Very unfortunate for staff to be doing that topeople. Read more
I usually don't write reviews but this place really made me mad that I'm finally writing one. Not only did it take forever for... them to even take my order as I stood there at the cashier, with no one else in line, it took forever for me to receive my foodas well. The cherry on top? When I finally got home with my food, THEY FORGOT MY FRIES! A lady was about to hand the guygrabbing my food my fries but he said they were already in there.... I even tried calling the store and they didn't even botherto answer the phone. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!!! Read more
