A convenient location with a drive through and large parking lot. We?ve ordered delivery and they forgot half our food (we... ordered 2 taco salads but only received 1). Not sure if it was the store or delivery service but that was refunded through thedelivery service app. We?ve always had good service in the drive through, but haven?t dined in before. Staff are rude and hate their jobs. They literally greet you with a teenage angst "what do you want" . Gets orders wrong every... time. Staff are soo rude and angry that i dont bother attempting to get them to fix the order. Missing fries, Wrongburger, Completely wrong meal and drink Send a secret shopper and fix their females attitudes. The young male at drive-thru isthe only good employee. Read more
Food was excellent, coffee was weak. Restaurant owners do not take pride in their facilities and have done very little... maintenance. Appears to be a family-owned franchise with a lot of workers who give very little effort. The restroom facilitiesare in a particularly horrible state. Read more
Alright customer service, but pretty great burger quality! The service times are relatively slow in my experience, though the... food preparation makes up for it because my orders always turn out nice. The burgers are well put together, with fresh sides anda good amount of pop. The interior is spacious and generally quite clean. The parking lot is large just outside so that?s nevera problem. I recommend this place if you?re craving a well made burger. Read more
Changed to 1 star. Please get control of your store. Order is wrong every single time. No exaggeration. Beginning to think they... are actually trained to "forget" food items to scam people. Extremely rude workers. Debit machine is wrapped with plastic andyou can't read the price and they don't tell you it when you order. Smells like a scam to me. I'll get the one negative part out first: the register til wasn't showing or adding up what I had ordered on the front screen,... which slightly annoyed me. That said, I ordered their limited time Korean BBQ cheese burger, and it was super delish with thoseunique onions and special spicy BBQ sauce. It is definitely a burger you don't want to just wolf down - you need to take yourtime to Saveur and enjoy every delicious bite! Also, the fries were somewhat better than I expected. Read more
