Blonde server working last night was horrible. It's not the first time we've been served by her where she's been unpleasant... either. She came up to the table and rudely asked us what we wanted to drink. Once she dropped the drinks off, she walked away.Didn't give us much time of day and ignored us when we tried to get her attention. Thank you to the lovely brown hairedbartender who helped us 3 times when we had to go up to the bar to ask for food menus, cutlery for our food, and limes for ourdrinks. You were incredibly nice and we appreciate it. Also, thank you to the male bartender for coming to check on us becauseour server either disappeared or her shift ended and she didn't say anything. Being in the service industry for 10 years, Iunderstand we all have bad days, but to have multiple bad experiences with this one specific server is a bit much. Read more
had extremely poor service tonight at watchman's. not only did we have to ask our server 5 different times to turn on the table... fire over a hour period but we had to go and speak to the bar manager to finally get it turned on requesting someone else do itafter she ignored our request multiple times and finally did it as he spoke to her. he did apologize for that however orderswere given to the wrong people, we had wings brought out that no one ordered and our server was barely taking care of us and didnot split the bill properly for any items. extremely poor service today which is unfortunately and a reason why all of us knewit was faster to just go to the bar and request items and drinks. they were also very rude about their shift coming to an endand cleared everyone up to rush out we would have loved to order more drinks and spend more time enjoying ourselves but theservice was too poor that we didn't bother. Bartender was great!! Waitress on the other hand did the worst job I?ve seen in my 20+ years I?ve been in the industry. I sat at... a table, waitress mad eye contact with me while cleaning a table next to mine and walked away. I waited for six songs before Ihad to go to the bar to order and get my drinks. She eventually came to my table, I made eye contact and was about to order adrink, a customer at the adjacent table got her attention, she turned away, took his order and walked away. Total insult. It's a karaoke bar so every night between 9pm-10pm there is karaoke to sign up for. There food everything is $12 and Sunday's... they have amazing deals on drinks. As well as a midnight madness deal on drinks every night. The food is amazing i love "da spindip" and the chicken ceaser wrap. The waitresses are wonderful at keeping the names and contents of shots i get my friend asecret and join along in the teasing when he almost dies (I've picked many gross tasting shots with cool names). 10/10 will goagain when I'm in town it's my favorite go to bar. Love this place! Decent food for a decent price. Ordered the Honey Lemon wings and they were really nice. Mama's mac and cheese... is out of this world along with the Steak Sandwich. Will definitely be coming back here 100% and definitely worth a visit foranyone considering coming here! Read more
This was my first and last time here. I ordered a pick up order for the BBQ mushroom funguy burger with fries and gravy. The... burger was disgusting. It was soggy, the toppings where old, the burger patties had fat and grease slime on them. The wherealso not cooked. The patties where pink. They charge 2 dollars extra for a tiny container of gravy. Tried calling to talk to amanager and he was rude. He said he had no problem with the burgers and maybe it was just mine. Definitely won't be back. Read more
This goes to the slimey little pri$k that thinks he's pulling a fast one on customers..new flash bud ..I've been going to bars... as long as you've been alive ..I'm a highball drinker .always order doubles .the first time I ever went I got the same puke andhe pulled the exact same thing .but I figured I'd give it one more shot because it's only blocks from where I live .and again...I always get doubles. This guy gives me a single at best ..I even try and order a second drink .he poured it and gave me Evenless after paying for doubles ...these kind of low life bar tenders like that should be held accountable.
