This place is really stinking cute. Great baked goods, pretty good coffee selection and lots of seating (came at 9am-ish) my... only comment is that they don't accept cash, which some people still use (Im a debit credit kinda shopper so it wasn't an issuefor me) overall if I'm in the neighborhood again I'll probably grab a scone and London fog again. I like this place. It’s small, and isn’t overcrowded. It has free wifi, and some decent cakes and goodies. The staff are... nice and friendly. Most important though the coffee is really good. Read more
Nice spot. A really good coffee. Mine was a decaf latte. Best one I've had in a while. The company was good too!
super service, charming staff, beverages top notch. they need umbrellas for sun protection, made the suggestion and was told... essentially that it is inconvenient for them to not burn their customers. So pay up, but put up with us as your comfort is aninconvenience for us. Too many other fine options, I don't have to go there and get burned to enjoy the outside. Begs thequestion what other corners do they cut that pertains to the customers heath and well being? Read more
Okay I have tried many cafes in Kensington but this is almost like a hidden gem. Loved the interiors and the ambience. We got... drip coffee and cappuccino, both tasted lovely. Service was okayish. Not many options for baked goodies. Will be back to tryfood and other coffee. PS. Please excuse the blurry pictures, my phone camera was being weird that day. Read more
Super cozy atmosphere and extremely nice staff. The coffee and the pastries that I’ve had here have been pretty decent. This... is a newer coffee shop in Calgary and it’s a very good one. I went here with a couple of friends and we had a great time.It’s a small shop so it can get crowded at times, but it is very chic, has a lot of coffee and tea options which is great. 5/5definitely recommended and will go again. Not a bad shop, but not particularly great. Had a dirty chai and we didn't really like it, just a little bland, not much spice.... The staff working weren't all that happy to be there and kept their interactions short. I might return to try a cappuccino orsomething else but with so many coffee options in the area it might be awhile. The shop itself was small and full with nicebright decor. Read more
