Got at the restaurant with my son at 8:40PM after paying for food we were informed that we had to take it to go cause they... closed in 20 minutes. Would of been nice to know before paying, also there were 2-3 other tables that look like they were justseated. Door said they were open until 10, otherwise we wouldn?t of went in. Read more
It is a cozy place but also very family friendly. The menu is simple, but has more than enough variety to cater for anyone. Even... though they have a small / limited selection of wine and beer, it is still a decent selection for an informal dinner. The verybest lasagna, delicious pizza and delicious tiramisu. Here?s my honest review about my experience at Via Cibo I started off with the Garlic Cheese Toast. It came out moist, pulled... apart so easily and the flavours of garlic and cheese was so on point. For the main dish, I had the carbonara with a side ofchicken, served with bread. The pasta was undercooked, the chicken was under-seasoned, cracked black pepper and a sprinkle ofsalt would have helped me out here, and finally the bread was dry and tasted stale. My son has lot of food allergies so I always have to contact the restaurant ahead of time to make sure there is something he can... eat. And of course Via Cibo staffs here are amazing and very accommodating. They email me back and forth to provide the exactingredients in the pasta, sauce and steak. So he had the gluten free pasta and steak slices on a side, they all good and yummy,my son said.
