Great price for bubble tea - $5.

I was craving sushi and decided to pop over to Umi and pick some up as they were close by. Boy was that a big mistake. This was... definitely some of the worst sushi I've ever had in my entire life. Had a very bad experience here today (Sep04, 2021, Saturday around 4 pm). We took one sushi which was maybe chilli prawn and... ordered slush drink and then told him to add some items into it. The items was pearls and Lychee coconut. However, we went thereto buy some foods instead he took our order, he corrected our pronunciation. Most embarrassing was that it was more than onetime and told us repeatedly that we need to pronounce it correctly. It was utterly disgusting ???? and finally me and my husbandcancel that order. Additionally, his behavior was rude and arrogant. After all these, he didn't show any kind of apology. Hopefully, restaurant authority should take some actions. Read more

The customer service was really bad; I ordered three bento boxes and a bubble tea, but two customers behind me got their order... first. I received my order in 10 minutes. They even made the bubble tea for a customer two spaces behind me first before mine,and I had to remind them of my own order of bubble tea.. They didn't apologize instead just pretending not notice what I wassaying. Read more

Sushi falls apart, take 2 more minutes to make the roll not to fall apart, are you making it first time? Whats the rush?? Taste... is 1/5.
