So the menu sign says breakfast served past 4 and at about 5 when I went to order the breakfast items visible in the menu as... available was told that they don?t serve breakfast past 4. This is understandably upsetting but not the end of the world. I hadto repeat myself several times in the order taking process and the person barely spoke above a whisper making it very hard tounderstand, again on its own not the end of the world. Get home and the doughnuts have been thrown in the bag upside down and Ilearn they didn?t actually stir the sweetener into the iced coffee or the flavour into the latte. My bacon grilled cheese was amuch small sandwich than usual and there was barely any bacon or cheese inside it. All in all I?m very disappointed. This used to be a pleasant location to come to, staff were so upbeat and nice to deal with. Yesterday they got half my order... wrong and when I phone I talked to Amanda, I guess she?s the manager. The coffee was wrong, they gave me an entirely differentbreakfast sandwich and only gave me 16 timbits rather than 20. She told me if I went back at that moment that she would replacemy entire order. Well I just got home and didn?t want to waste more gas. So she said I?ll write a note and you can come backtomorrow. I did, went back today and she only replaced the timbits and the breakfast sandwich. I had to pay for the coffees,one of which they got wrong yesterday, not to mention they were all in a bad mood. Listen, I?m not the one that got the orderwrong so to treat customers the way your staff did today, is shameful. The young guy needed to be told twice to take orders atthe till when there was a long lineup. They?re definitely the same staff that I normally deal with, but I don?t think any ofthem wanted to be there today because they acted like helping the customers was a chore. Read more

Just headed there for a maple bacon bagel, not a really busy morning, but the ladies are pretty busy and forgot my order, and... made my bagel wrong without any apologizes. It's ok to be a little slow but this attitude is not acceptable. Not professional, not friendly, lack of proper training. Not a place to go. Read more

I honestly do not know where to start here. I cringe having to give establishments 1 star, but it should be noted what is going... on at this Tim Horton's location. While they are a newer restaurant, bravo to having a drive-thru, that is reallyhelpful...almost too convenient as I have been there about 5 times this past week--not sure why I continue to go as the serviceis consistently poor...I go because it is close to work, and I can get--or try to get familiar food there (or so I think!) Whenyou visit this Tim Horton's, you will be in for a treat...whether it is: A missed Item Slow service (when there's no othercars really) A poorly made beverage Old/Dry doughnuts I am sure there are other issues, but I have not had the pleasure ofthose yet. Oh I guess I have. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager or supervisor availablebut I could share my concerns about food quality to the fellow who answered the phone. I shared the experience in a very kindand polite way and was met with defensiveness from the call-taker (perhaps he makes the food I eat and was personally offended).Later when asked his name, he told me he was the supervisor. This is surely not have a supervisor would speak or behave. This isan ill-trained team member. I am sure. I will be speaking with a supervisor soon enough to understand the service at thislocation. I was also told no one else complains about their service, but upon looking at these reviews, I am not alone in myexperiences. Very poor service, and poor quality food. This could have been remedied very easily but after the call-taker'sbehaviour, I am really unsure. Will update more later. Until then, I will make the drive to the next Tim Horton's. Or maybe Iwill go to neighbouring McDonald's... Have a great weekend all! Read more

Hidden in the corner of the building but they are signs there is a Tim Horton at this location. Was not busy inside the store... but very busy I did drive-through. The coffee was fresh Has the classic donut shop coffee taste with heavy cream very good. Goodplace to drop by for coffee. Read more

I started coming to this location when it opened not too long ago and they were incredible. Now; its hit or miss whether or not... your order will even be correct. Most of the time I check before driving away but unfortunately for me I did not today. Firstthey tried to hand me a drink that was definitely not mine. Then, after driving away and getting halfway out of the city Irealized that the timbits I ordered were incorrect as well. Not sure what happened to their staff as of lately but doubt I'llcome to this location again. I order and pay for what I want. Not what you feel like giving me. Do better. Read more
