This location deserves one star as their male employee (working on Sept. 23, 2022 at 1:30 pm) was nice and approachable at least... but other than that, I had the worst experience at this Tim?s located in the Calgary airport ?Concourse C?. The front cashiernamed ?Hardeep? (if I was not mistaken) was very rude and grumpy. Not friendly at all. She also took my order wrong but did notowned up to her mistake therefore, making me look like I was lying right in front of the other customers. A staff like thatshould not be working in the customer service as it ruins the reputation of Tim Horton?s in general. I hope the management doessomething to correct those behaviour or notify her that she is not doing a very good job at least so she can have some awarenessof her attitude. Read more
Worse Tim Horton's ever. Grumpy employees, rude and almost forgot my order. This store is busy just because of the location.... However it's also ruining the franchises name. They also don't use Tims reward apps. This iced coffee tasted like Milk foralmost $4.00 Read more
It's Tim Hortons, nothing special, it does the trick when you need coffee on the go at the airport. Quick and friendly staff,... never had an issue in all my years working as a flight crew and flying to and from YYC several times a week. Read more
By far the worse Tim hortons I?ve been to. Forgot to make my sandwich until I asked again, and when I got it parts of the bacon... feel and tasted undercooked. Also each bagel they heated up seemed to be burnt around the edges. Read more
I was craving for artisan when I got off from my flight but this Tims only serves plain croissant and donuts. I ordered ice... coffee with double syrup and instruct that i want it sweeter but still doesn?t taste sweet than what I order most of the time inother branch when I instruct the same thing. And the counter person almost forgot my croissant when she handled me the icecoffee, I did remind her that I have still a missing order. Tables are not wipe. Read more
This was probably my worst Tim Horton?s experience in all of Canada. The slowest staff I?ve ever seen, with literally no... comprehension of what they are doing. An order ahead of me for five people put them into such a state of mass confusion, ittook 15 minutes, with a dead still line up behind them, to serve the woman in front of me. I could have served her faster all bymyself. Then I reached the counter to place my order and was told that they were sold out of what I wanted, even though theirsign said it was still available. I love Tims but this one was pathetic. Read more
