We went in at 3:00 Tuesday afternoon and there was 4 people ahead of us. We decided to use the mobile App to order a coffee and... donut. We got our order before the first person in line had moved. We received the wrong donut ( photo attached). The whitedonut is definitely NOT the chocolate pretzel donut that the receipt asks for. While we were there a staff member wassocializing with a customer ahead of us while the line grew to 12 people. There was only one cash register open. A gentleman hadto ask multiple times to get in to the washroom. In the past we have waited 8-10 minutes to get our coffee order. We live inSeton, half a kilometre from this location, but now we go out of our way to the Midnapore Tim Hortons because the Seton locationis terrible. The customer service at the Seton Tim Hortons is awful. Wait times are ridiculously long. Read more

Nice location , the staff is nice. The only problem is one have to ask millions of time to open the washroom ( only when they... are busy, which is understandable). I know it is not staff. It's their owner who might have built the location this way. Why arethey locking their washrooms? Is it full of gold? Why are you guys treating your washrooms like bank lockers? Read more

Serious concerns on health and safety at this location. I am a regular customer at this location. I have witnessed how the... manager (Ivon) forced the employees to flush their ice cap, cappuccino machine with hand sanitizer, I am sure this isn?t normaland is health concerning. Also, on multiple occasions I?ve talked with their employees at the cashier, and most say that themanager is very abusive, and most of the employees are worried about some sort of punishment. Can you folks imagine theemployees at Tim Hortons get only 2x15 mins breaks on a 8hr shift at minimum wage, I think the employees that work there arewell taken advantage off. Huge disappointment for me, I also don?t think Managers like (Ivon) deserve opportunities like this!Be a leader not a slave driver! Read more

Walked out after waiting more than 10 minutes at the til for someone to even show they noticed we were there. While waiting, we... noticed the sour cream, blueberry and chocolate glaze donuts had hardly any glaze on them! Donuts that aren't drenched in glazearen't worth eating. This place is seriously short-staffed and whoever is making the donuts must hate parting with sugar glaze. We left totally disgusted. Two other people were standing in line behind us and one of them walked out with us. I had to travelall the way to 130th to get decent service and decent donuts!! Read more

Food was OKAY. Had a ham and cheddar sandwich and they don?t put the honey mustard on it anymore. The ham also tastes pretty low... quality. Also went to the bathroom here and it was pretty gross. Dirty toilet, stains around the floor, sink was dirty, andstarted to back up when I used it. Also the grill wasn?t working, and it took a minute for me to get out of them what that meant(just meant my daughters wrap wouldn?t be grilled, but they were almost trying to get me to not order it. I just said I?m goodwithout it being grilled and they seemed confused). Won?t be going back to this one, unless maybe I NEED to get subpar donuts. Read more

Honestly, Tim?s never disappoints! Visited on multiple occasions and service was always fast and polite. Convenient location.... Only wish I?d tried the sour cream glazed, as I now realise it?s not available in the UK ???? Read more

This place is mostly clean but sometimes it takes them a bit to take care of some spillage but the store is big and so even... there are lots of people lining up you?ll never feel cramped into a tiny space. They usually have everything in stock andavailable so you?ll never get disappointed when you visit this store. If this store has a drive-thru it would be perfect for mebut I have seen more and more Tim Hortons stores that don?t have drive-thru so it?s not a knock on this one. Read more

The staff appear to be under pressure to process customers as fast as possible rather than attending to the customer in a... personable way. Some Tim Horton's locations are really good. Only visited this place the once: incorrectly charged for whatwas ordered, incorrect items supplied and sadly despite having the cashier (petite young lady, spectacles, didn't notice a namebadge) confirm the order to one of her colleagues, the hot food team made the wrong sandwich afterall. Stripped-out the stuff Ididn't want to eat & donated that to the garbage receptacle which was a waste. Yup, I could've had a chat with the cashier butat the time I felt that would have only added to the lady's stress - easier for everyone if I just walked away. This locationis also messy with scraps of food & litter on the floor, side surfaces & table tops. I chose not to visit the washroom. Lookslike a local management issue which the area franchise manager might be able to assist with? Read more
