I always find egg shells in my meals. Got my coffee order wrong a bunch of times too. If you take longer than 15sec at the drive... thru to pay they will literally rush you. If you try to get a coffee by walking in, they are so focused on drive thru that youwill end up waiting a looong time. Read more
I go here because it's the most convenient, usually my order has no issues, and the staff are always friendly but I've had a few... minor issues.ol one time I ordered grilled cheese and the cheese wasn't melted at all. Another time The espresso machine wasbroken which prevented me from getting the only thing I went for, it was an awkward moment of silence when I ordered, Thecashier said " sorry, machine is broken". I?m a frequent goer here. The good: Drive through has been great, no issues with my order, friendly staff, quick service.... Indoor decor/seating is quite nice and comfortable. Needs improvement: Sometimes no one is at the counter for walk-in orders,meaning wait times can be longer just to place the order. The only bad thing: Sometimes their staff don?t mask, only wearing aface shield when preparing food/drinks. That face shield directs breathe downward onto the food they?re preparing. Read more
Went to the drive through this morning, I was yelled at for taking too long to answer on if I wanted a tray. Lady at the drive... thru yelled ?ITS COLD? because her drive thru window was open. (My car window was also open, not sure how to do a drive thrutransaction with windows closed).. Felt extremely rushed, and was hurried to pay.
