They can be really hit and miss but mostly miss. There's times they mess up our order every day for a week and times where... they're super consistent for a couple weeks. Staff are always friendly. I'd give minus stars if I could. Updated: Just now Iordered a classic habanero bagel with no egg. Sausage on everything bagel, I get home and what's in the bag? A bacon and eggsandwich on a biscuit.... Like really Tim's... That's not even close. I don't want to be that guy that holds up the drive thruline to make sure my order is right but you guys need to get your stuff together, I would be embarrassed as the owner or managerof this place looking at these reviews. Where's your quality control? Where's the leadership? Where's the accountability to thecommunity to get a simple order right consistently? Please get some staff and leadership in this location to right the ship,until that happens I don't think I'll be going back. Read more
Our drive through orders were almost always wrong, so we started ordering at the counter. Now they're making mistakes there... too?! This place seems to get a little worse everyday - someone please open a half-decent coffeeshop in Evanston! Read more
Worst Tims in town! Took 10 mins for someone to take the order, I was the first one in line and it wasn?t too busy to keep 6-7... employees so busy! Never gave me my bill even after asking as they were too busy to even acknowledge Delivered 2-3 orders at thesame time and left it for customers to figure whose is which! Gave me coffee that was room temperature, took 5 more mins to giveme a replacement In short? too busy to be nice n courteous! Read more
This drive-thru is awful in the mornings. It is very obvious that they are trying to stagger orders to achieve some form of... order time limits. They have you repeat your order over and over again, then repeat it back to you. Always countless carswaiting to order, and one or 2 waiting to pay. Food is also rushed, biscuits and bagels for breakfast sandwich must barely touchthe toaster. I wish this wasn?t our closest Tim Hortons!! Read more
