Staff is not well trained and usually gets my order wrong..... thats if they aren't out of what I ordered which if you go there... past 5pm they are. I was told today they don't sell cappuccino. Maybe they don't anymore but it seems odd to me seeing as I'vebeen buying it at Tim Hortons since the 90s. If you want to save your mental health, just drive past this place. Read more
Terrible service over charges for the hockey packs (no coupon for the drinks), gives half your order and makes you wait double... the time. Go to a different Tim hortons trust me. Read more

I stopped to get a couple of turkey bacon club sandwiches for my wife and I on the way home from work on Friday. I get home and... neither one has bacon and one of the buns is burnt. Not the first time this location has let me down. It should be the lastthough? Worst Tim Hortons ever.! Read more

Really disappointed at this location?I went here Monday night this week around 9pm and they had no donuts, no Tim bits, and no... muffins. So I thought ok just a one off?.this evening tried again on my way home from work at around 930pm and same thing..nodonuts, no muffins, no Tim bits. What?s the point in going here if you have no advertised products. Read more

Walked in for an order Chase was fantastic but everyone else working was in drive thru or walking around doing nothing. The poor... boy was by himself dealing with a rush of people while there was 4 in drive thru and 2 walking/standing around doing nothinginstead of helping him. And to top it off nothing in the bakery shelf was fresh, they were rock solid especially the 4 dreamdonuts we paid extra for felt like rocks. It was also bare minimum baked goods in the shelf with only 6 choices. Very sad place. Read more

Well take this review with a grain of salt as I am not a big fan of Tim Hortons or any other chain business. The food is not... that good , the prices are to high . The lady who served us did a fantastic job , she was polite , friendly and respectful . Ifj was a restaurant owner I would definitely want her working up front . Otherwise it was exactly the same as every other TimHortons in the country , it like being in a batman comic when the same background keeps repeating itself , it lacks uniqueness ,but I am sure that they have there reasons for being that way . Me I like the mom and pop operations and would rather put mydollars into the hands of those people running small business then into the hands of some oversized conglomerate who's main goalis to make the most profit they can for there stock holders , but that's me ! this is my local store and the employees are lovely as per usual especially the African staff but this one day there was a older... white lady at the till named RAE. I came in to order my regular medium steeped tea with my husband and as I went to pay, thecash was nearly snatched out of my hands. Me and my dear husband were so taken back then even the other employees had a look ofshook. I was truly taken back by this behaviour and she continued to roll her eyes at me when I went to grab our drinks. Wenormally sit and dine in to catch up but I was so DISGUSTED that I left.
