The quality of their assembled food is terrible. Most recently, the BELT looked awful, didn't eat it. And today... this was a... bagel with ""double cream cheese". (I now ask for double or you barely get any on it). We go here because this is the closest,but the the sandwiches they make are more often then not, atrocious. Do better. Read more
I would love to say that every time me and my husband go to this location we?re always served by filipino people mostly and East... Indians and with all do respect I find it inappropriate with how we?re always served with disrespect and how they always speakin their language and laugh which makes it look like they?re speaking about their customers and they should learn how to say hiand thank you and you?re welcome and welcome to Tim hortons and how may I serve you , there is no respect at all towards thecustomers ! I?m warning all of you people out there stay away from this location and not just that it?s very unsanitary Iordered a donut as well from this location from the drive threw and the lady who gave me my donut put it inside the bag and useda napkin that she touched without gloves on it was with her bare hands and my Boston cream donut was stuck to the napkin insideof the bag and I was so grossed out and never ate it I threw it out right away and she was so unprofessional and rude the wayshe gave me the donut she opened the window and said here?s your donut in such a rude way and shut the window right away nothank you come again enjoy or bye and especially with covid going around you can?t trust everyone 100% not just covid even aregular flu and in the end it?s all germs and bacteria and I don?t get why they don?t use tongs to pick up the donut or anythingelse that?s eatable and served and that?s much more sanitary if they use tongs and the way it should be . Very badunprofessional customer service. #1 Wear gloves cause they?re touching money and everything else throughout the day and moneyis the dirtiest thing it goes from person to person and the debit machine as well and #2 wear a mask so when you talk spitdoesn?t get on my food and coffee and #3 try and show the sanitary towards the customers but this location with all do respectand all of the employees working here will never do that ever . Depending on the time of day depends on the service and quality. Before 9am they are very fast (when going inside the store)... while drive thru is very slow.. If you go around 12pm when the school kids come in.. It is very busy and the kids have norespect for anyone else in the store.. My Mom and I went into this location for some breakfast. We had the new maple bacon breakfast sandwiches and the new maple pecan... filled fall themed donut. All of it was fresh and delicious. I was also impressed they had the chocolate coconut donut. A lotof Tim's locations do not. The bakery glass enclosure was full of product and looked amazing. This location had every donutthat Tim's offer on display. Again, most locations do not have the full selection available. I'm never going back to this tims . The service is always horrible the people working there have no customer service skills.... And are not fulfilling their duties as a service. There are a few good ones , but it seems like they are the ones doing all thehard work of.....dealing with people. I guess if your gonna get a job in an industry that is a service to people ...maybe youshould listen to the people and act accordingly as if it was you .u were serving. If that is the way you would serve yourself orfamily ...then please exit your profession and find something thats more suited to your lack of ethical standards or moralvalues..I would never treat a customer or lack in my job if I was in your position. This place may be good for coffee but DO NOT get a donut!! This lady has been seen and confronted twice by me about rubbing the... glaze onto the donuts with her bare fingers!! No gloves no nothing!! This place can't seem to get an order right 80% of the time. I use the drive through (first mistake) and order my meal, get to... the window and they are trying to be fast but I scan my card, pay for the meal I was supposed to get and before I can put mycard down they are showing the food and drink toward me and are expecting me to grow 3 hands to take it once. If I take morethen 10 seconds they give me the stink eye. I am sorry I wanted to put my card down before grabbing my meal. Get to my officeonly to discover it is wrong again.
