The sandwich maker this morning is rude and incompetent. She barely whispers out orders and allows food to get cold sitting on... the counter. Clearly she doesn?t appreciate that customers pay her bills. Perhaps she would do better without the job instead ofwasting patrons time and money. Read more
This location was great! The staff were very kind and very quick. I got my food very fast and it was delicious!
Edit, July 2022: That manager is no longer working at this location, thank god. Service has actually kind of improved lately,... but there are equal amounts of ?good? experiences as bad ones. I?ll give it an extra star for now. I can?t believe the newmanager at this location is *actually* a manager. Before she showed up, I?ve never seen a Tim?s employee yell at customers, letalone the manager. The service has slowed down significantly, and she is always harassing customers to use the self-serve kiosk.I understand the point behind trying to defer business away from face-to-face contact, but the machines don?t have updated menusand the screens are rarely clean. But mainly, it?s rude to YELL at a customer to tell them to use the kiosk. She?s just not awelcoming or nice person, in my experience. I?ve spotted her smoking right outside of the side door too, which can?t beokay. Covid has deterred me from going there often to begin with, but it?s twice as bad with her running the store. This tims is in the mall. The tims sign is on far east entrance. Parked there and the store is the farthest west end of mall so... we walked the whole mall instead of reparking. Sign needs to be moved. They got my Order wrong and it was a simple order. Nodishes cups for non take out. Staff not friendly. Worst tims except tims at the airport. Read more

Decent tims usually quite fast and accurate orders. The only issue is they need a better system for the line up and pick ups.... The line is way to Shor and ends up being a pot of people bunched up not knowing if they are in the line or waiting for food.And yay they brought back the chocolate Danish Read more
