I realize when you go to a Tim?s, you don?t expect stellar customer service but this place puts the bar so low that it?s... underground. From being unable to get app orders right (I guess ?please no chipotle? means ?please use all of the chipotle inyour store?) to outright arguing with me about my order when a co-worker standing behind me heard my order the way I said it.I?ve heard multiple co-workers complain about the pisspoor service at that location too. I asked to at least have the managerfollow up with me a couple times, but after multiple attempts, I?m just gonna go elsewhere for way better coffee. Read more
this Tim Hortons is no match for Tim Hortons on Braeside. I order coffee every morning and it's either gone when I arrive or... it's not what I order. Coffee is bitter, weak tastes like water I'm fed up with buying coffee that doesn't taste like a doubledouble but like water with cream. Good coffee is only when the boss is in place. Always painfully slow. Always at least 4 working but can?t take orders. One till open one trainee. I stand there for 10... minutes ignored and wait 20 minutes for a coffee and sandwich. Get your $&@# together. Read more
I enjoy this place there?s really nothing wrong with this tim hortans apart from the fact that sometimes they can be a little... rude. They don?t usually say ?hi?to you and after you say ?thank you? they just turn away and dismiss you. Not quite sure whyit?s hard to say the basic respectful things to your customers but ok. Read more
Staff think they know everything. Asked for my papers on vax just to get a coffee. I wasn't going to stay in. Dinning room is... blocked off. Don't go some stuff need to know the rules. Staff are slow and don't speak that well. I hate when people use otherlanguages behind count. Tim's is the last place you should feel like a foreigner. Read more
Definitely needs improvements and general investment compared to other local Tims. There have been various occasions where order... received has been wrong unfortunately, maybe more staff training is required. Read more
