Live nearby and really miss enjoying a coffee and donut as for the past six visits at different times throughout the day they... never have any donuts. Go in the morning, afternoon, or evening and of course, mo donuts. Probably would have made an extra $500from me in the past six months if they had donuts. Oh well, I guess Tim Hortons got too big to worry about one little complaintfrom a customer of over 40 years. Read more

Embarrassing experience. Took my son here before hockey at 7am (Oct 9th) on a Sunday. Firstly, I asked if they had any dairy... free options for drinks (he has a severe illness) The manager came over and told me it was my job to check all of theiringredients before I showed up. If you can imagine, she said it in a very unpleasant tone like I was offending her and wastingher time. So on to the next item? Secondly, I ordered a dry raisin bagel for my son, but when it arrived, it was a plain bagel.I politely let them know the bagel was wrong. They blamed me instantly for this error, and insisted I paid another two dollarsfor a new bagel instead of making me a new one. (WHY?!!!) The whole experience was very embarrassing for me especially in frontof my son, I?ve never experienced anything like it anywhere. I typically would not write a review like this, but I feltcompelled to, if people don?t want to work or are unhappy at work why are they there at all? For a company that pridesthemselves on kids and kids sport, especially kids with disabilities, this definitely was not in line with that. Read more

Ridiculous and bad customer service by the lady who was working at the front counter at 5:04 pm on September 28th 2022. There... was a line up of 7-8 people at the counter and I saw one other lady who was working at the back area. I wanted to use washroomtoo so I went to the washroom and saw that it was locked. So I came to the other side of the counter and asked her for the keyfor the washroom ( or of they have some button to unlock it ). She told me to get in line at the counter for that. There was noline up at the washroom . At first I thought that she did not understand and she is thinking that I am ordering the food that'swhy she wants me to get in the line up at the counter. After a few minutes of waiting and she not giving any importance I putthe same request again . To my surprise she again said that for getting the key for the washroom I need to get in line afterthose 7-8 people . Who were waiting to order some food or coffee and there was no body waiting or wanting to go to the washroom.I mean isn't she the worst service provider ? Why can't a customer go to washroom first and then order food or coffee? Its asimple question . Can the management of this Tim Horton answer this question please. Off course if there is line up at thewashroom then everybody has to be in line but why to get in line up of food for going to the washroom. That doesn't make anysense. I left this Tim Horton immediately because it was not worth it. Read more

This Tim's runs like a well-oiled machine. There are always tons of cars in the drive thru which at first is quite intimidating... but it moves fairly quickly. That would be an indication that the staff here are well trained and motivated to do their best fortheir customers. It can't be easy to keep running at full speed, day in and day out. The new roast beef sandwich is ok. I thinkthey should offer Horseradish to give it some kick personally. That would be amazing! The new ROLL UP THE RIM TO WIN game ismissing the mark by not having a rim to roll up and get the instant gratification of winning at the end of drinking your coffee.Even when you don't win it still allows for a chuckle with friends about how unlucky you are and how you'll do better next time. Now Tim's wants to capture your information by forcing you online to win. Apparently everyone gets a "prize" now. Is that reallya prize then? Just a few random thoughts. Like and share for John William Wade and Associates. Read more
