This review is partially for Tim Horton's as a whole (American trying for the first time). Ice Capp - I saw online that there... is a light ice capp? However, the server didn't seem to know what I was talking about so perhaps it's seasonal or only atcertain locations or discontinued? Either way - I tried a regular ice capp. It's very sweet. Seems kind of like an icee incoffee form. A nice experience but I think too sweet for regular consumption - it's something like 400 calories even for thesmallest version. Maple Bacon Breakfast Sandwich - an interesting idea to get the sweetness of the maple bacon and thesavory-ness of the rest of the sandwich to come together with the egg and the biscuit. I think it's a solid breakfast option.Would recommend. Sausage Biscuit Sandwich - subpar to McDonald's. The biscuit isn't as flaky and is quite a bit more dense. Theflavor of the sausage is also a bit overpowering and doesn't mesh well with the rest of the meal. Hashbrowns - A little on thegreasy side. This location has an electric fireplace. It's very clean and has nice decorations related to the history of TimHorton's. Service is nice, rather fast. Nothing to complain about. The food came out within a couple minutes and was great forbeing in a rush. Read more
Just visited this afternoon, it wasn?t busy at all , repeated my order thrice but somehow the girl couldn?t understand what I... was saying and I was just waiting at drive thru to order . I again said Hello , then she responded in a very rough tone to pullup to drive thru. I tell them my order but this girl on window , she was thinking as if she is doing some sort of charity for meby taking my order. I greeted her politely, no response and then she rolled her eyes on me . I mean if you can?t do your workproperly then please be at home . I ordered two wraps and quantity was so so less , I was amazed . Management should work onthese girls for the attitude forsure if not food. Read more
This place constantly messes up my orders, they don?t listen. I went through the drive through this morning and asked for a Med.... London fog w/ oat milk and to FILL IT UP at the end with hot water - as I previously had a half empty cup. I repeated it twiceand they said yes they will. Why is my cup still only half filled? I am annoyed because I?m off to work and can?t go back. But Iwill be getting a refund later. You cannot sell people a half filled cup for 3 dollars- Do better Tim Hortons. Read more
Management! Please read this! I?ve been to various Tim Hortons locations across our country, I have never ever ever experienced... anything close to what your drive-through does consistently. It?s super ridiculous. You need to make some changes, and implementa process to streamline your customers through the drive.
