I ordered an icedcap s'mores....paid for that ...received an iced cap with a ton of whipped Cream and no cookie crumble in it.... When I asked the lady she said we didn't have the cookie. So I asked her why did u tell me you have smores in the first placeesp cos I had asked her if she has s'mores iced cap before ordering. VERY poorly staffed, especially during the night. Ive experienced having to stand in the empty Tim Hortons with nobody to serve... me for 20+ minutes. Girl who works night shift alone hates her job and clearly shows it. She doesnt even put up a note whenleaving the store for a break. HORRIBLE! she should be fired Read more
I would not give a single star for this location. Every time I visit is a lengthy process. 4 staff and 2 customers; 8 minutes... later they still had not taken my order. This location needs proper management and a customer focus. Read more
This is third or fourth time, the lady that works at night. Coloured tall lady, she is so rude and doesn't know anything about... customer service. Every-time we go and ask for something, she just rejects. Once or twice is okay but every single time. Sheputt everything away 2 hours before her shift ends so that she don't have to do anything. At least provide proper service. Donot go here at night time. Not sure about the morning people. Read more

Worst experience ever at Tim Horton, really disappointed by the food quality. The cashier was really not interested to take... order. I asked for a meal and I received only the wrap. And to be honest the wrap was dry and was half stuffed. Read more
