Typically when I go to a Tim Hortons and order a chilli, I get a full size bun. I reveived a HALF of a bun with my large... chilli. The other half went to the small chilli. Not happy. Won't be coming back here. Read more

Worst job experience I've ever had told to go watch videos for my training and if I have questions they just tell you to go... watch videos online basically. Give you like 0 shifts even though you have time you can work. They also force you to clock outfor paid breaks even though your entitled to a 30 minute PAID break. Which is illigal by the way. Half the staff talk about howmuch they can't wait to quit this job. And when I spoke up about how the training was bad they just didn't schedule me at all.Then silently removed me from everything without even being told I was fired. This company is majority own by 3G Capital through Restaurant Brands International. Seems like a good time for Canadians to... start a new homegrown cafe. I doubt we'll ever wrestle it back. I like timbits and glazed-sour cream doughnuts. Drink the coffeewhen gifted. The s'mores donut was disappointing. All sweetness and no flavor; bland. This morning I used the drive through at this Tim's Location. It was pretty busy and Tim's was moving the drive thru traffic... along at a decent rate. I ordered a sausage bagel belt on a four cheese bagel, chocolate chip muffin and a extra large DoubleDouble. I was disappointed to find out that a 2x1 inch section of the top of my bagel was completely burnt. This is justcareless behavior on the part of the associate that made the sandwich. Make another bagel quickly, but don't serve burnt foodto customers. Tim's prides itself on being fast, but fast and careless is no good. Read more
Ordered through their phone app. Order wasn't even ready when I got there, even though it was 15mins since I ordered. Then they... didn't have the soup or doughnuts I ordered. I had to pull ahead and wait another 10 mins. They offered me a replacement for thedoughnuts, and then came back to my car a second time to tell me they were out of what they offered, so they just pickedsomething else. Read more
