Needing a place to meet friends close to where I live, I have eaten here several times more than 2 years ago. Every time I've... been here, the washroom is always closed for maintenance or cleaning, so they never had any place for me to wash my hands. Poor staff, absolutely awful prep, here is my stone cold, not even charred 'Beyond Meat' burger, did not eat in the end.
Moved into the office building across the street 2 months ago. After the first 2 weeks here myself and most of the office... started going to other non Tim Hortons stores in the morning. Today after nearly 2 months I decided to give them another try.Never again! Rude employees, disorganized, and slow. 15 minutes to get through the 3 people in front of me then 7 minutes afterpaying to get a simple coffee. You need all new staff! I am finished giving this location chances. Worst location ever!! Read more
