My previous visits to this branch were awesome because of the friendly staff. However, today, Oct 26, 1150am, not sooo good.... The lady cashier was very rude. When I arrived at the coffee shop, I was just on the side looking on what to order. But the ladycashier kept on calling me rudely. She even saw me put on my eyeglasses coz i cant see the menu clearly. After i decided what tobuy, i stepped in to the cashier to order and she said with a sarcastic tone, ?only this!? I just ignored her for theremark. After i paid, when i turned around I heard her talking about me with a lady colleague complaining like, ?she stoodthere and looking and she only ordered? ? So, I went back to talk to her and told her not to do what she has done especiallytalking about any customer rudely. I hope she will get a good training especially she is in the frontline and speak nicely! Read more

The staff here are superb! I was rushing to catch my bus and was taking a gamble popping in, they we so fast probably about 2... minutes. The place is clean and and feels safer than a lot of downtown. Read more

Opens really early and stays open for quite a bit. It's good for the early risers who work downtown or are just transitioning... through downtown to go to work. You can stop by and get a coffee as parking is free before 9am on week days or just mid-waybetween buses and/or trains, while heading to your destination. Average wait times is about 5 mins when they are extremely busy. Read more
