I don't know if it's a new owner/manager/staff, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast service and seamless service was... today! I've always known this place to be slow and the service is meh, but had to keep coming back since it's the closest Tim'sfrom where I work. Will reserve a 5th star for consistency hopefully on my next visit. Read more

Food was ok, room was clean and fresh, but for using washroom you need to ask staff to press green button to open the door,... every time you need it. May be there are other solutions? Do not put customers in an awkward situation. Read more
Seems efficient compared to other downtown locations and clean. I would rate higher but food and beverage quality overall at... Tim's has been steadily declining over the years. You can also feel very rushed at times to place your order if you have anyquestions. Expect a long line at lunch and 7:30-10am while people get their morning coffee. Read more
