Went at 3:30pm and they can?t make any sandwiches cuz they ?close soon? which is 4. Why are they closed at 4 on a weekday? Lined... up out the door. Upon entering, faced with both the cash registers. Very small/cramped corner store location. When it is busy, it is difficult... to distinguish where the queue starts? other times if it?s not busy then it gets awkward. If I could rate my experience 0 stars I would. The barista working was having a bad day or something and decided to make my... steeped tea triple triple with no sugar, and my partners green tea 1 cream 2 sugar with out the cream. Then after we come backto ask for our drinks to be made properly she was very rude and tried making our drinks a size SMALLER! Even to top it all offshe had no respect to hand me my drink and left it on top of the donut display for me to walk over and grab myself. TERRIBLETERRIBLE service and definitely a Tim Hortons I would never ever go back to if this barista is working. Read more
Over the last 2 years Ive been going to this Tims on a regular basis and unfortunately today was by far my worst experience. I... was one of the first people during the rush but one of the last to leave. I only ordered a BELT and im surprised it took 6+minto make. There were 2 people who ordered wraps behind me, who left before me. Not only that, the tomato was sloppily placed andmade a huge mess. The bagel was also cut improperly to the point my top half fell apart in my hands since it was so thinlycut. Ive had wonderful experiences here and the staff has always been kind and generally quick. Have been coming here recently and while they may be somewhat fast, it comes at the expense of accuracy. They always miss... something from my order, or make a sandwich without the correct modifications. Reading an order off of the screen and preparingit isn't difficult. Also, don't bother asking for hashbrowns after 12pm unless you enjoy them cold and rock hard. Will be goingto a different Tim's from now on. Read more
Tim Horton's is awesome as always. Love their french vanilla. But this store is also just as nice. I don't have any particular... story to share but the staff was warm and welcoming to each customer as they entered the store. They made it a nice and relaxingtrip for me to enjoy my pecan-butter tart with my french vanilla, alone, by myself. Read more
No butter came with a chilli soup. Farmer?s wrap is overloaded with sauce. No sitting area.
