I have been coming to this Tim Hortons almost daily for a few months now. Rey and his team is absolutely amazing! If you go... often enough, Rey will remember your order. Do you have any idea how crazy that is? He must know a thousand faces/orders. I seecomplaints here that they call fast and hard for orders, but I don't see what the problem is with that! They pump out coffeefaster than the Liberal government pumps out excuses. Daily I watch them clear lines of 20+ people in mere minutes. It's acoffee shop, not a restaurant, so I expect it to be fast! It's Tim Hortons, I don't expect much.. To the guy working the till/Manager, Take a breath.. Let people finish ordering before... talking over them and calling for the next in line. Deal with 1 customer at a time with patience and kindness. You rush rushrush and are SOOOO LOUD!!! Your customer service needs to be dialed down a notch cause it's coming off as very rude. Read more

Poor service quality, they will say no when you asking them to put some sauce in your sandwich.

Manager there always in hurry. A few times I had to ask him to clean the cup and coffee isn?t always what I asked for. Very rude... behaviour as well. Read more

The man who works in the early morning at the cash register is extremely loud and doesn't even let one person finish their order... before he screams to the next person. Just slow down, otherwise it makes for a rushed and uncomfortable experience. You can tellall his colleagues get stressed by the way he does things as well. Read more

Went to this location to have a cup of coffee. The manager at the front was so loud that we were not able to enjoy our coffee... and talk. I understand that it's busy location but people couldn't order properly since he was talking so loud. Maybe if hewould let customers speak, he would hear better instead over shouting at the front. I was disappointed in their mocha ice capp but the young man working remade it for me no problem. He even gave me a coupon for... my next drink! A nice experience! Read more
