The most rudest people work here in the evening!! I really could not believe it. Arrived to order a craveable sandwich and a ice... cap. Not very hard. I pulled up?.waited?.good minute or so. Hello? Someone on the intercom: YES?! Me: May I ordersomething? Them: What do you want? Me: I?m sorry for disturbing you?but can I order a cravable sandwich. Them: anything else???(Sounded like I was making it inconvenient for them) Me: no that?s it I pull ahead. I get my ice cap?and paid. Waited a goodfive minutes waiting for my sandwich. A female came back to the window and proceeded to ask for money for the next order. Me: Ialready ordered I have been waiting for my sandwich. Them: ?ugh!? ? walks over to the place where my sandwich was waiting forme?.?here!?..hands me the sandwich?.no sorry for the wait?sorry for the inconvenience?..these evening staff need a course inpeople and customer service skills!!! Horrible food, ordered crispy chioken wrap so hard could not chew very little chicken as cooked to crisp, called was told... to stop by next day went had none so took grilled chicken wrap when arrived home chicken in wrap was shredded and tastedhorrible so again in garbage. The worst I am never ever going back there again! they always mess up my order no matter what I say they never get my order... right. I just don?t have time to check for my order every single Time this is supposed to be a fast food place, the staff shouldbe trained and able to handle lots of orders with accuracy. If I could give this no stars I would. By far the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been too. I order a Steep Tea 2 cream 3 sugar I... either get it black or I get Coffee, I ordered a bagel with peanut butter they won?t put the peanut butter on the bagel andcharge me an extra 40 cents for the peanut butter. When I asked about why she said ? it?s policy sir. Because of peanutallergies? I could maybe see that if you didn?t sell PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES ABD REESE PEANUT BUTTER DOUGHNUTS. ???? if I wantedto make my own breakfast I would have done it at home.
